Parking was surprisingly easy (they have their own spots), and the staff at check-in were genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. One of them even drew me a little map showing the best route to avoid construction on Kneza Miloša. The whole experience felt more like staying at a well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel, which some people might not love, but I found refreshing.
