It’s tucked right on Dunavska street in Zemun – you know, that charming cobblestone part of the city that feels more like a small Austrian town than urban Serbia. The building itself has this understated elegance that doesn’t scream “boutique hotel” from the outside, but once you’re inside… well, that’s where they got me.
The thing about D10 is that it gets the small stuff right, which honestly makes all the difference when you’re dealing with travel fatigue. Check-in was smooth – no waiting around with your bags while they hunt for your reservation – and the front desk staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood. I mean, they gave me walking directions to Gardoš Tower that bypassed the tourist crowds entirely, which probably saved me twenty minutes of shoulder-bumping through the weekend market chaos. The rooms are what I’d call “thoughtfully sized” rather than cramped, and there’s this attention to detail that you notice gradually. Good lighting for actually reading (not just mood lighting that looks pretty but leaves you squinting), decent water pressure, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the walls are thick enough that you’re not listening to your neighbor’s phone conversations at 11 PM.
What really won me over, though, is the location without the location hassle, if that makes sense. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the Danube waterfront, where locals go jogging in the mornings and couples walk their dogs in the evenings. It’s got that authentic neighborhood vibe where you’ll see the same café owner every morning, but you’re also just a quick taxi ride or bus trip into central Belgrade when you want the city energy. Parking isn’t a nightmare either – there’s actually space on the street most of the time, which anyone who’s driven around Belgrade will tell you is basically a minor miracle. The area gets busy during summer evenings when people head to the riverside restaurants, but it’s the good kind of busy, not the honking-cars-and-construction kind. I stayed there in October and loved hearing the morning sounds of the neighborhood waking up – coffee machines, quiet conversations, the occasional church bell from Nikolajevska. That 9.6 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen; it’s the result of doing hospitality right without making a big show of it.

Fabulous breakfast, great rooms. Good air conditioning. Lots of covered secured free parking even during the evening. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Close to restaurants in Zemun within walking distance and quick drive to downtown.
A nice, small but modern hotel in the suburb of the city. The room was not very spacious, but particularly clean and everything needed was there. Complimentary water was especially helpful during the hot weather. Location is somewhat far from the city center, but there is a bus stop within 5 mins walking, and the city center can be reached in around 20 min, walking would be around an hour. Public transport is frequent and free of charge. As a reward, the location if the hotel is in a very quiet and pleasant neighbourhood which I would prefer instead of the noisy city center. The breakfast was solid and diverse. The stuff was particularly friedly and willing to help. There is possibility to leave your luggage, my flight was later than the check out. It was my second stay in the hotel within one month and I cannot recall anything disturbing. With a taxi the hotel is to reach within just 20 min drive from the airport.
I liked that there was parking. The room I was in was for one person, small, with everything needed, clean. The hotel is cozy, neat, and pleasant.
Clean and nicely furnished room, helpful staff, the leaflet hand-out is perfect. It gives you a perfect overview of the area from restaurants to bus-stop, pedestrian zone in the area around the hotel. Parking is very secure in the back of the hotel and an absolutely amazing breakfast!!!

Fantastic small hotel in Zemun Belgrade with safe parking and amazing breakfast. Very quiet rooms with full amenities. The prices are fantastic and the staff very polite and helpful. Excellent quality internet. Highly recommended.
As always, we had a very pleasant stay in Garni Hotel D10 - good location with a great parking spot, comfortable room and very good breakfast. The staff is amazing! We will be back again soon.
Very friendly service!!! Everything looks very new and clean. Only 15 minutes drive from airport. I will surely go back when i am Belgrade.
