I mean, I’ve stayed at plenty of four-star hotels that feel like they’re trying too hard, but this one just… works. The location on Luke Ćelovića Trebinjca puts you right in the heart of Belgrade Waterfront – honestly, when I first heard about this whole development area, I was skeptical, but walking around here at night with the Sava River right there and all the new promenades, it’s actually pretty magical.
The rooms have this thing where everything feels intentional without being fussy. Like, the bathroom marble isn’t some generic hotel stone – it’s got these subtle veins that catch the light just right, and the shower pressure (which, let’s be real, can make or break a hotel stay) is absolutely perfect. What really got me though was how quiet it stays despite being in such a bustling part of the city. I was expecting street noise, especially with all the construction that’s been happening around Savski Venac, but the windows must be seriously well-insulated because I slept like a baby. The staff – and this might sound small but it matters – actually remember your name after the first day, which you don’t get everywhere.
Here’s the thing about staying here: you’re walking distance from both the old city charm and this whole new Belgrade that’s emerging along the waterfront. I’d grab coffee in the morning and wander down to the river, then spend afternoons exploring Dorćol or the fortress, and honestly, coming back to the hotel felt like returning to this perfect middle ground between the two worlds. The restaurant situation is solid too – not just the hotel dining, but you’ve got incredible Serbian places within a five-minute walk, plus some surprisingly good international spots that have opened up as the area’s developed. Parking was way easier than I expected for central Belgrade, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that bureaucratic paperwork marathon you sometimes get. If you’re the type who likes to feel like you’re staying somewhere that locals would actually choose (rather than just tolerate), this is your spot.

Excellent location, the apartment is new and modern, it is so clean. The apartment was not exactly as described—it was actually even better :) Everything had been thought of in the apartment. We stayed as a family of 5 (4 adults and 1 child) and were very comfortable. Large families can also stay comfortably. Additionally, Nikola was very helpful and gave great recommendations for sightseeing. Whenever we asked something, he responded right away and was always attentive. Nikola is a fantastic host. On my next trip to Belgrade, I will definitely stay in this apartment again. In fact, Nikola, you should rent out apartments in other cities too so we can visit there as well :)

It exceeded all our expectations!
First of all, Nicola is absolutely amazing. He’ll solve any problem you might have, give helpful advice, meet you in the middle of the night, and always stay in touch. We had a small issue (not the host’s fault at all — just due to the apartment being brand new), and Nicola went above and beyond to help us resolve it. He even gave us a discount for the inconvenience.
The apartment was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need — from bottled water to toiletries. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, and there’s even an amazing coffee machine.
We were traveling as a family with kids, and the space was perfect: plenty of room for children to play and still enough privacy when needed. We were also working during our stay, and the workspace with a proper desk was a huge plus.
The bedding was perfectly clean, with extra towels provided. The neighborhood is great as well — we’ve been to Belgrade before, and this is definitely one of the best areas to stay as a tourist: beautiful surroundings, lots of playgrounds, a riverside promenade, and a shopping center nearby.
We will absolutely stay here again if we return to Belgrade!

The location of the house was very good. It was great to be only 2 minutes from the tram and bus stops. Our host Nikola took very good care of us. The house was very new, all the furniture was complete and clean. The landlord has thought of everything you need and has prepared everything in full. It will definitely be my only address for all my future Belgrade travels.
