Here’s what I really appreciate about the location – you’re close enough to New Belgrade’s shopping and business areas that you can walk to Delta City or Ušće if that’s your thing, but you’re also just a quick ride across the river to the old town. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet in the evenings, which was perfect for me since I’m one of those people who needs actual sleep, but during the day there’s enough going on that you don’t feel isolated. Parking was surprisingly painless too – they’ve got their own spots, which anyone who’s tried to park in Belgrade will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The breakfast spread was… well, it’s hotel breakfast, but they do include some local touches alongside the usual suspects, and the coffee was actually decent. I’ve noticed they tend to get busy with business groups during the week, but weekends are more relaxed. One small thing – the elevators can be a bit slow when everyone’s checking out at once, but that’s hardly a deal-breaker. What really sealed it for me was that 9.3 rating, and after staying there, I get it. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Belgrade, but it does what it does really well, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.
