Parking can be a bit tricky in the immediate area (the whole district is still figuring itself out), but there are paid spots nearby, and honestly, you might not even need a car since you can easily walk to most places or grab a taxi. The building itself is quiet – I never heard neighbors, which is rare in apartment rentals. Check-in was smooth, though make sure you coordinate timing in advance since it’s not like a hotel with 24-hour reception. One small thing – the elevator is a bit slow, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The 9.9 rating this place has? Yeah, I get it. It’s one of those spots where everything just works, and you feel like you’re living in Belgrade rather than just visiting.
