The thing is, when you hear “Novi Beograd,” you might think of those massive communist-era blocks, but this place sits right on Bulevar Zorana Đinđića in what’s actually become a pretty sleek part of town. You’re basically a ten-minute walk from the Sava riverfront, and I mean, you can see the old city across the water from some of the upper floors.
What really got me was how they nailed that balance between modern and comfortable without feeling sterile. The lobby has this understated elegance – not trying too hard, you know? Check-in was smooth (they actually had my room ready at 2 PM, which never happens), and the staff spoke better English than I expected, though honestly, most younger Serbians do. My room faced away from the boulevard, which I appreciated because that street can get busy during rush hour. The beds are genuinely comfortable – not just hotel marketing comfortable – and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that actually works properly. Small thing, but the blackout curtains are legit, which matters if you’re dealing with jet lag or just want to sleep past sunrise.
Here’s what I really appreciated: they get the details right. The Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes, there’s a proper coffee machine in the room (not some sad instant coffee setup), and the air conditioning actually cools the space down. Parking was straightforward too – they have their own garage, which saves you from hunting around Novi Beograd’s streets. The breakfast was solid, nothing fancy but fresh and varied enough that you won’t get bored if you’re staying multiple nights. And honestly, at this price point in Belgrade, you’re getting incredible value. The location puts you close to Delta City if you need shopping, but you’re also just a quick taxi ride from Skadarlija or the old fortress. The 9.5 rating makes sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in the city, but everything works exactly as it should, and sometimes that’s worth more than marble bathrooms and champagne service.

It is big apartment with 3 bedrooms and having good AC's in 2 bedrooms and hall. Though apartment is little bit far from central, it has peace and calm location. Worth price

Posebno pohvaljujem domaćina, koji se maksimalno potrudio i bio nam na usluzi sve vreme, čak i oko pomoći za javni prevoz….

Хазяин Младен е много любезен, гъвкав, лесно протече комуникацията, насочи ни към магазини, ресторанти, забележителности. Апартаментър е много чист, удобен, тих, уютен, има свободни пароместа. Холът гледа на 3 посоки.

Wir waren 5 Leute auf Urlaub in Belgrad. Der Eigentümer Mladen ist sehr freundlich, flexibel, angenehme Kommunikation.
Mladen hat uns Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich, es gibt genügend Parkplätze. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Das Wohnzimmer hat Aussicht in 3 Richtungen.
Ich empfähle zu 100% weiter!

Pleasant hostess. She waited for us to arrive to give us the keys and provide some instructions on where to find things such as the supermarket
What could be improved: Due to the apartment being somewhat old, it requires renovation as some shelves in the closets were not functioning properly, and also not all power outlets were working.

Everything was great! It is a lot nicer then in the pictures. The hosts are really nice. The appart is very big, right next to Stark Arena. It is clean and has everything you need inside: lots of blankets, coffe, washing machine with detergent, big tv, 2 bathrooms, good internet and a nice terrace. We will surely come back.
