But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible, and I mean that. The location alone makes it worth considering – you’re right in the heart of Savski Venac, which honestly feels like the perfect sweet spot between Belgrade’s chaotic energy and having a place to actually breathe.
The free parking thing isn’t just a throwaway perk either (trust me, if you’ve ever tried to park in central Belgrade, you know what I’m talking about). Kneza Miloša can get pretty busy during the day – it’s one of those streets where you’ve got business people rushing around mixed with tourists trying to figure out where they’re going – but the evenings settle down nicely. What I really appreciated was how the apartments themselves feel properly lived-in, not like those sterile hotel rooms where everything’s bolted down. You get actual kitchen space, which is clutch if you want to grab some fresh stuff from the markets nearby instead of eating out every meal. The Zeleni Venac market is just a short walk, and you know what? Sometimes you just want to make your own coffee the way you like it.
I was skeptical about the 4-star rating at first – seemed optimistic – but the 8.3 guest rating makes more sense once you spend a night there. The rooms are clean without being obsessively perfect, the Wi-Fi actually works (shocking, I know), and the beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night. The staff’s pretty straightforward too – no fake smiles or over-the-top hospitality, just helpful when you need something. Belgrade people tend to be like that anyway, sort of refreshingly direct. You’re also within walking distance of some genuinely good restaurants that locals actually go to, not just tourist traps. The whole Savski Venac area has this lived-in neighborhood feel where you’ll see the same café owner every morning and start recognizing faces. It’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but there’s something appealing about staying somewhere that feels real instead of manufactured for tourists. If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, practical, and puts you right in the middle of actual Belgrade life without breaking the bank, this works really well.

Nice small apartment in the Belgrade city center. It was clean and cozy. Free parking was available. Although the location is in city center near traffic road we have quiet an peaceful night. I recommend it.
What could be improved: Everything was great, only access to the parking spot behind the building could be problematic if you have biger vehicle.
Confortable apartment, has private parking and not on the street. Spacious apartment, has everything, close to the center, easy check in. It has an armchair, kitchen, dining room, refrigerator, heating. On the same block there is a cafeteria, a market and an organic supermarket.
What could be improved: Absolutoty nothing
The location is close to the centre but also easy to exit the city, close to a market should you need anything. It was clean, cozy, modern. You are offered a parking spot in front of the building which is one of the best things in Belgrade. The landlord was prompt in answering our questions. Payment by card.
What could be improved: Although we rented 2 apartments: one deluxe and one studio, there was no real difference in terms of space so that might be a problem when travelling with kids. The TV in one of the rooms was not working.
Very centric place. Very pleasant hosts! Very easy way to get the key.
What could be improved: Very strange parking entrance, we scrached our car. No mosquito nets on the window and the air conditioned very very close to the bed.

What could be improved: Just bear in mind that it’s on the last floor of an old building so no elevator and lots of stairs which could be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage with you.
location, facility, interior, cleanliness, comfort level were all good. there is a heater/airco that quickly brings the room to comfortable room temperature.
What could be improved: the rooms looking at the street can get noisy from the street.
