Nikola was the most accommodating to our requests, he waited for us to check in earlier and couldn't be more polite.
The location is top notch, right in the heart of Belgrade, lively and lovely city which we visited for the second time.
Nice touch to greet us with complimentary beverages, thank you.

Apartment Centro
Honestly, when I first walked up to Apartment Centro on Zmaj Jovina, I wasn't expecting much – the street's pretty narrow and you might actually walk past it if you're not paying attention.
Honestly, when I first walked up to Apartment Centro on Zmaj Jovina, I wasn’t expecting much – the street’s pretty narrow and you might actually walk past it if you’re not paying attention. But here’s the thing about this place: it completely gets what travelers actually want, especially if you’re the type who’d rather feel like you’re living in Belgrade instead of just visiting it.
The location is absolutely perfect, and I mean that in a way that only makes sense once you’ve spent time wandering around Stari Grad. You’re literally steps from Skadarlija (you know, the cobblestone bohemian quarter that every guidebook mentions), but you’re tucked away enough that you won’t hear drunk tourists singing at 2 AM. I could walk to Kalemegdan Fortress in maybe eight minutes, hit up the pedestrian zone on Knez Mihailova in five, and – this is key – there’s actually decent coffee within a two-minute stumble from the front door. The building itself has that solid, pre-war Belgrade feel without being creaky or drafty, which honestly surprised me given how many old apartments in the center can be pretty hit-or-miss.
What really sold me on this place was how thoughtfully everything’s set up inside. The apartments are genuinely spacious (not that fake “spacious” you see in photos with wide-angle lenses), and whoever designed them actually understands how people live. There’s proper kitchen space if you want to hit up the Zeleni Venac market and cook something, but you’re also surrounded by some of Belgrade’s best restaurants if you’d rather explore. The Wi-Fi actually works – I mean really works, not that spotty connection that cuts out every time someone uses the microwave. And look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places with great ratings that turned out to be all hype, but that 9.7 rating? It’s earned. The whole check-in process was smooth, the place was spotless, and there are these little touches that show someone’s paying attention – good water pressure, blackout curtains that actually block light, and outlets where you need them instead of hidden behind furniture. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re bringing a lot of luggage, the entrance is street-level but Belgrade’s old town streets aren’t exactly built for rolling suitcases – though honestly, that’s true for most of Stari Grad. What I loved most was how quiet it gets at night despite being so central, and how easy it was to slip into that Belgrade rhythm of long café conversations and evening walks along the Danube. If you want to actually experience the city instead of just checking boxes, this is where you want to be.

What Our Guests Say
Nikola is very kind and helpful host. There is no elevator in the apartment, so he helped with the suitcases. I had difficulties with the Internet - he helped. No problem with check in and check out
Wonderful location and incredibly helpful owners. The apartment is in excellent condition, and the owners are always ready to assist during your stay. A perfect choice for families with babies.
Super clean, cosy, and visually appealing. Perfect for a family with kids. The host provided a crib for our 2-year old and a nice bed for our 7- year old. The kitchen is well equipped, so we were able to fix something for dinner. The location is super central but we couldn’t hear the hustle of Knez Mihajla street that is otherwise super noisy. So you’re kind of in the thick of things but aren’t disturbed. It’s our second stay in Belgrade as a family of 4 and so far the best one thanks to the apartment.
What could be improved: There’s no view from the apartment (if you‘re looking for one)
Location was great, when you go out from the hotel you instantly come to Belgrade’s best street Knez Mihailova which has great shops and restaurants. The room was perfectly clean. We were there on December so the weather was cold but room was always very warm and the hot water never stopped. The kitchen has all the utensils including plates, glasses, pots and pans etc. Even the hairdryer was working great :)
What could be improved: There is no lift in the building so you carry your luggage through stairs, but staff was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage.
The location of the house is very central and perfect. As soon as you step outside, there are shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Nikola is an excellent host, very warm and helpful. The house was very comfortable for 3 people. Thank you for everything.
What could be improved: There was an issue with the kettle; it stopped providing hot water after a while. The air conditioner didn’t blow warm air. When the house cooled down, it took a long time to heat back up.
Perfect location, everything was as it is shown on the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Great choice for families.
It is located in the midst of the famous pedestrian zone. Also , the Republic Square is hardly 10 minutes walk. There are several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is clean and well equipped
( including washing machine ). The hosts , Nikola and Natasha , are very helpful.
Located in the centre of town, all of the sights were just a short walk away. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, they communicated well and were there to meet us for the handover and reception of keys.
What could be improved: Potentially its a little small for some people and the absence of an outdoor space in the summer may be a problem also. Finally, if you have any mobility issues then it may be a challenge as there are some stairs to climb to get to the apartment.
It was a cute and cosy little apartment right in the middle of high street. It was squeaky clean. We were just so lucky to have found this place. Nikola was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay with our kids. (There was a baby cot as well.)
What could be improved: None.
