Okay, so I’ve stayed at Adresa Suites twice now, and honestly? It’s one of those places that just gets it right. The building sits on Bulevar Mihajla Pupina – which sounds intimidating if you don’t speak Serbian, but locals just call it Pupinov bridge area – and you’re basically in the heart of Novi Beograd without all the tourist chaos of the old city. I mean, you can actually walk to Delta City mall in about ten minutes if you need to grab something, and there’s this great little bakery called Hleb & Kifle just around the corner that does these incredible burek pastries for breakfast.

What really struck me the first time was how quiet it actually is inside. You’d think being on a main boulevard would mean traffic noise all night, but the suites are surprisingly well-insulated. The rooms themselves feel more like proper apartments than hotel rooms – there’s actually space to spread out your stuff, and the kitchenette isn’t just for show. I ended up cooking a few meals there because, well, Serbian restaurant portions are massive and sometimes you just want a simple sandwich, you know? The staff at reception speaks excellent English (and probably three other languages), which is honestly a relief when you’re trying to figure out public transport or need restaurant recommendations. They pointed me toward this fantastic fish restaurant called Šaran that I never would have found otherwise.

Here’s the thing about the location that booking sites won’t tell you – you’re perfectly positioned between the business district and the cultural stuff. Want to see the Nikola Tesla Museum? Easy twenty-minute tram ride. Need to get to the airport? The A1 bus stops literally two blocks away, and it runs every half hour. But what I really love is that you’re staying where actual Belgradians live and work, not in some sanitized tourist bubble. The neighborhood has this nice rhythm to it – busy during the day with office workers grabbing coffee, then quieter in the evenings when families are out walking along the Danube riverfront (which is maybe a fifteen-minute stroll). The hotel’s 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be flashy or over-the-top, just genuinely comfortable and thoughtfully run. My only tiny complaint? The elevator is a bit slow, but that’s probably because I’m impatient. Would I book it again? Already have, actually.
